Registrar of Voters to present Board of Supervisors with results of signature count and next steps for California Forever initiative
June 20, 2024  SOLANO COUNTY – At their meeting on Tuesday, June 25 in the Board Chambers, located at 675 Texas Street in Fairfield, starting at 2 p.m., the Registrar of Voters (ROV) will present to the Solano County Board of Supervisors the results of the signature verification process and qualification of the "REZONING OF 17,500 ACRES OF LAND IN EAST SOLANO COUNTY TO ALLOW DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW COMMUNITY" Initiative (also known as “California Forever” or “East Solano Plan”) for the November ballot.

Solano County Registrar of Voters finds California Forever Initiative having sufficient signatures to certify to the County Board of Supervisors
June 12, 2024  SOLANO COUNTY – Today, the Solano County Registrar of Voters certified the results of the signature review for the Petition "Rezoning of 17,500 acres of Land in East Solano County to Allow the Development of a New Community" (also known as “California Forever”), finding the petition sufficient to certify the results to the County Board of Supervisors.

Taynton, Solano County Auditor-Controller, will retire from County service on June 5, 2024.
