Substance Use Services
Solano County Substance Use Services is dedicated to providing a continuum of care that benefits the clients and providers. Utilizing a combined administrative, clinical, and preventive services approach, we deliver coordinated services to the diverse populations of Solano County who are impacted by substances that include alcohol, tobacco, opioids, and other drugs, and related issues such as domestic violence.

We collaborate with Drug Safe Solano which brings together a motivated multidisciplinary team to address opioid addiction issues in our community. Strategies are currently in development to improve opioid addiction, prevention, safety, and treatment efforts. Furthermore, the coalition is a member of the Expanding Medication-Assisted Treatment in the Jails Learning Collaborative that started in August 2018. Members of the collaborative include the Sheriff’s office, the courts, probation, Solano HSS and the County Administrators office.
