SOLANO COUNTY – The deadline to submit entries for the second annual Kindness Campaign Video contest has been extended.  Solano County students in grades 7 – 12 now have until April 27 to submit their entries.

The Kindness Campaign student video contest, sponsored by District 4 Supervisor John Vasquez and District Attorney Krishna Abrams, invites students to produce and submit a video that is between 30-seconds and two-minutes in length that expresses what the power of kindness can accomplish at school, at home and in our communities to make a positive difference.

Judging will commence upon the close of the contest and the finalists' work will be premiered at an award ceremony on May 8.

Visit www.SolanoCounty.com/Kindness for more information and to submit videos.  Questions can be directed to PowerOfKindnessSolano@Gmail.com.
