The Union of Physicians and Dentists (UPD) represents approximately 22 full-time employees in bargaining unit 11, as of December 2015.

The Board of Supervisors approved the current memorandum of understanding on September 22, 2015.  The expiration date of the MOU is September 23, 2017.
