About the Organization

Solano County Health and Social Services Department was created by the Board of Supervisors in 1992. The Department employs over 1,262 employees working in 22 offices throughout Solano County and is organized by seven program service areas.

There are two Requests for Qualifications for Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosic, and Testing (EPSDT) Mental Health Services for Children.

  1. Request For Qualifications (RFQ) #2020-BH01 for EPSDT Mental Health Services for Children 0-5.

  2. Request For Qualifications (RFQ) #2020-BH02 for EPSDT Mental Health Services for Children 6-21.
