Solano County hires new Director of Resource Management
SOLANO COUNTY – Solano County officials have selected Terry Schmidtbauer as the new Director of Resource Management. Starting this month, he will assume leadership over the County's agency responsible for environmental health, public works engineering and operations, building safety, planning, parks and recreation and Delta Water Activities.

Grant funding available to support most pressing needs in Solano County
SOLANO COUNTY – The Solano County Administrator's Office, as part of the County’s Human Service Needs Assessment, has released a request for proposals for annual grants of up to $50,000 per grant to address the six most pressing needs in Solano County.
