Our Mission Statement:
The Agriculture Department promotes and protects the agricultural industry and protects public health and the environment. The Agricultural Commissioner enforces laws and regulations that assure the continuity of agricultural trade and commerce. The Sealer of Weights and Measures enforces laws and regulations that assure marketplace equity for transactions involving a count, weight, or measure.
