The Solano Probation Peace Officer Association (SPPOA) represents approximately 148 full-time Probation Department employees in bargaining unit 12 and 15 full-time Probation Department supervisors in bargaining unit 15, as of December 2015.

The Board of Supervisors approved the current memorandum of understanding on November 11, 2015.  The expiration date of the MOU is September 28, 2017.
