With your busy schedule, it is hard to make a nutritious meal let alone sit down as a family and eat it! However, it is important to make mealtime a priority. Get your children involved by letting them pick out some produce to try at the grocery store or famers market. Try to make small shifts to healthier eating by finding healthier alternatives that are more nutritious.
