If you are an adult or a juvenile charged with a crime in Solano County who cannot afford to hire an attorney, the Public Defender’s Office will be appointed to represent you. We represent people charged with crimes ranging from misdemeanors such as petty theft and DUIs to felonies including capital murder.  We also represent individuals facing a loss of liberty due to involuntary psychiatric or civil commitments such as conservatorships and some contempt proceedings.
