The Solano County Sheriff’s Custody Association (SCSCA) represents approximately 245 full-time employees in bargaining unit 13, as of December 2015.

The Board of Supervisors approved the current memorandum of understanding on March 18, 2016. The expiration date of the MOU is September 28, 2017.
