The County provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Anthem for employees and their eligible dependents. The EAP offers confidential, professional counseling services in a variety of areas such as, legal matters, marriage/family counseling, substance abuse, stress relief, and child care referrals. The EAP provides up to 5 counseling sessions per incident for employee and/or eligible dependents per fiscal year.
