Jennifer Kittyle
Dispatch Center Manager

Jennifer was born and raised in the City of Vacaville and graduated from Will C. Wood in 2002. She graduated from California State University Sacramento in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.

Jennifer began her law enforcement career at the Suisun City Police Department in 2010 as an entry level dispatcher. She joined the Solano County Sheriff’s Office in January 2014 as a Public Safety Dispatcher. In 2015, Jennifer was promoted to Public Safety Dispatcher-Senior where she became a Communication Training Officer and a team lead.

In July 2018, Jennifer was promoted to Public Safety Dispatcher-Supervisor responsible for operations and staff on her shift. Shortly after, Jennifer became the Interim Dispatch Center Manager and was promoted to the position in January 2019. Jennifer currently manages the Dispatch Center operations and is responsible for recruitment and hiring, scheduling, maintaining POST and EMD compliance, budget, policy and procedure, numerous software and technology systems, and the training and development of staff.
