Access My Health Records

You can get access to your health information through third party applications!

The Interoperability and Patient Access Rule is a Federal Rule that became effective as of June 30, 2020. It gives you the ability to see your own health data on a Third-Party Health Application (Apps). Your doctors share your health information with your health plan to provide for your care and medical needs. Under this rule, electronic health data is now available to you. Solano County Behavioral Health Plan will make individual-level United States Core Data for Interoperability (USCDI) data available for you or your authorized representative, which Solano County Behavioral Health Plan will maintain, for dates of services on or after January 1, 2016; or when you became a member. If you are ready to get started, you will need to sign up with myHealthPointe. If you do not have a myHealthPointe account, please see "Access my Medical Records" below.
