The Wellness & Recovery Center (WRC) is a MHSA-funded program, operated by Caminar, through the Prevention & Early Intervention (PEI) component of MHSA and which began services on December 1, 2010. The Wellness & Recovery Centers are peer-led for individuals with known or suspected mental illness, and there are locations in Fairfield and Vallejo. The centers offer a safe space for peers to come together and engage in group or individual activities, hear guest speakers, gather resources, socialize, and make friends.
A referral is needed from your Solano Behavioral Health Care Coordinator (there is one for each of our Adult Outpatient clinics in Fairfield, Vacaville and Vallejo), or you can call 707-980-7884.
Due to COVID-19, the WRCs are taking special precautions. Please call to find out more.
